It is every parent's wish to have their offspring be more successful than they are. Cabernet Franc is often relegated to the background when it comes to its progeny. Similarly, Dracaena cinnabari finds itself in the shadow of its relative, Dracaena draco. Cinnabari was created to showcase the preeminent qualities that Cabernet Franc has passed down to its children.

Phoenix, a mythical bird known for its ability to be reborn from its ashes, symbolizes immortality and renewal. Our original Phoenix was born out of necessity when our vineyard was devoured by smoke. It will now represent a creative beginning each vintage.  This wine will provide us the ability to explore varieties and styles that we love and hope you will enjoy. (2021 Vintage is Merlot/Malbec blend)
