Our signature Bordeaux-style blend is led by bold Cabernet Sauvignon, providing a foundation of deep dark fruit and firm structure. The addition of Cabernet Franc lends complexity with subtle savory notes and bright acidity, while a touch of Merlot softens the edges. Aged to perfection, Cinnabari offers tremendous depth, integrated tannins, and a long, memorable finish.(75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot)
