In 2013, we started Dracaena Wines and chose Cabernet Franc as our flagship wine. Our vineyards are farmed to allow for maximum sunshine to breakdown the bell pepper pyrazines, while not over heating bunches into raisins.  As founders of Cab Franc Day, we take our Cabernet Franc seriously!
